Based on the approved design, we source high-quality metals (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless) and components from trusted suppliers, prioritizing durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Orders are placed promptly to avoid delays, with tracking to ensure timely arrival and quality verification upon receipt.
Part Preparation Including Cutting and Forming
Raw materials are prepped with precision techniques: cnc plasma, laser or waterjet cutting for accurate shapes, and forming processes like forming or rolling to create components. This step focuses on minimizing waste and ensuring parts meet exact tolerances for seamless assembly later.
Fabrication/Welding
Skilled fabricators assemble and weld parts using methods like TIG, MIG, or Stick welding for strong, durable joints. This phase includes any additional machining or fitting to build the final structure, with ongoing checks for structural integrity and adherence to design specs.
Coatings
Protective and aesthetic finishes are applied, such as powder coating, painting or galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance, durability, and appearance. We select coatings based on environmental exposure and client preferences, followed by curing and inspection for even coverage.
Installation/Delivery
The completed product undergoes final quality assurance before secure packaging and delivery. For projects requiring it, our team handles on-site installation, ensuring proper setup, testing, and any adjustments. Post-delivery support includes warranties and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
